A Successful Week of Innovation, Conversations, and Global Exchange

Interpack 2026 in Düsseldorf once again proved why it is one of the most important meeting points for the international packaging industry. For FormerFab, the exhibition week was successful from a business perspective. In addition, it was highly valuable in terms of exchange, market insight, and international networking.

Growing Interest in Paper Applications

One of the clearest trends throughout the week was the growing interest in sustainable paper applications. At our booth, many visitors were especially interested in precise forming shoulder technology. Specifically, they wanted to know how this technology can support stable and efficient paper packaging processes.

Furthermore, with our live test stations and hands-on demonstrations, we were able to show practical solutions directly on-site. As a result, we discussed real application challenges with machine builders and producers from different industries.

International Conversations in the Components Hall

Being located in the “Components Hall” brought us a focused and highly relevant target audience throughout the entire week. Moreover, we welcomed visitors and companies from Europe, the Middle East, Japan, Korea, South America, and many other regions. These conversations highlighted once again how global the packaging industry has become. Therefore, international collaboration and knowledge exchange are more important than ever for future developments.

Additionally, we received great feedback and discussed new cooperation and sales opportunities. Also, valuable meetings with existing customers were part of the week. The quality of the leads and conversations was very high throughout the week. As a result, the exhibition was productive not only in quantity, but especially in relevance.
